As the selected candidate, you will support the Program Management Organization, all of its managers, some support members as well as collaborate with program operations with a variety of duties including arranging meetings, setting up and maintaining files, arranging and setting up food orders, support office moves and associated equipment orders, arranging travel for personnel, processing associated expense reports, coordinating on-boarding of new personnel to the group, and supporting special program and group events. The position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize tasks independently, strong time management skills, strong office management and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
