Develops and maintains collaborative and cooperative professional relationships with all levels of internal staff members, including Health Clinic, Environmental Services, Maintenance, Food Services, Clinical Services, Orchard for Boys, Support, and Agency staff in other Divisions. Under the direction of the Director of Residential Services and in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager, the Program Supervisor takes primary responsibility for supervising, planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing all non-clinical activities.
