Field Observation & Documentation: Experience performing construction-phase BECx services or Construction Administration, including progressive envelope installation observations, detailed issue documentation, and collaboration with the project team to develop and verify corrective actions. Building Enclosure Knowledge: Solid understanding of the design, performance, and installation criteria for key enclosure systems—including air barriers, vapor retarders, thermal insulation, fenestration systems, waterproofing, cladding assemblies, and roofing systems.

Post-award, the Coordinator will work with Branchs Operation Team to manage the designers design schedule, ensure timely submissions, perform constructability reviews, track changes between RFC and approved plans, and follow the projects design through plan approvals. During the RFP pursuit phase, the Coordinator will lead the design coordination effort for Branch to manage the RFP design budget, develop innovative ideas, perform constructability reviews, and ensure compliance with the RFP documents in conjunction with the designer.
