Physical Demands & Work Environment: This position primarily works in an outdoor work environment, regularly exposed to varying field conditions, including:
- Sites that may not be accessible by vehicle, requiring travel on foot through wetlands, swamps, grasslands, fields, and other uneven or rugged terrain with natural and man-made obstacles such as sand, brush, and debris. Field Observation & Documentation: Experience performing construction-phase BECx services or Construction Administration, including progressive envelope installation observations, detailed issue documentation, and collaboration with the project team to develop and verify corrective actions. Building Enclosure Knowledge: Solid understanding of the design, performance, and installation criteria for key enclosure systemsāincluding air barriers, vapor retarders, thermal insulation, fenestration systems, waterproofing, cladding assemblies, and roofing systems.

This newly created Regional Growth Manager role offers you the opportunity to provide MEP/FP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) design services in support of Mechanical, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunication systems within Healthcare and Higher Educational facilities. Develop a strong pipeline of new clients and partners through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting including marketing, outreach to clients to develop effective teams for proposals.
li>Maintain membership in and active engagement with societies like Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). You will be involved when the opportunity is identified, will lead proposal development and negotiations through award, will form and lead your project delivery team (PDT) through all phases of design/execution, and will continue to manage through construction completion to project close out.
