Timeline of the AB Program (timeline is based on the individual and MD decision):
1st Year:
- The AB will assist the office's lead underwriter by learning company templates, interpreting owner's financial statements, performing rent and sales surveys, and developing pricing skills. This role offers the chance to develop the skills needed to become a Broker, as Northmarq is dedicated to investing time and resources into accelerating your career and providing support through the Associate Broker program.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Marketing to new and/or under-marketed clients, with a goal of generating new business.
