Help manage and evolve our Figma Buzz library, keeping templates organized, updated, and easy for teams to use - Contribute to improving how teams self-serve brand assets, helping the brand scale across the company - Prepare files that are production-ready and optimized for digital, presentation, and print formats - Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional partners to move projects forward smoothly What we’re looking for - 3–5+ years of experience in production design, brand design, or marketing design - Strong craft and attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual consistency - Comfort working within brand systems and established guidelines, while knowing when and how to make thoughtful refinements - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Familiarity with AI tools that support the creative process (e.g., for image generation, iteration, prototyping, or production workflows), and an understanding of when and how to use them effectively - Curiosity and a point of view on how AI can accelerate and scale brand design, paired with the judgment to ensure the work still meets a high bar for craft - Experience preparing files for digital, presentation, and print production - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple small projects and quick-turn requests - A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting great design wherever it shows up - A portfolio that shows strong brand execution and attention to craft, with examples of marketing assets, presentations, or work built within a design system Nice to have - Experience maintaining template libraries or design systems in Figma - Familiarity with marketing production workflows - Experience producing event or experiential design material - Apply existing brand guidelines, templates, and systems to create polished, consistent work - Use your design judgment to refine layouts, typography, and visual details when opportunities arise, helping improve the work while staying true to the brand - Support a variety of design requests from teams across ***, particularly Integrated Marketing.
