Job Description:
DIRECTOR OF ETHERIO BRAND MARKETING
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Director of Etherio Brand Marketing is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation for the Etherio brand while also providing strategic marketing support for select client initiatives. Approximately 75-80% of the role will focus on Etherio's business development and brand growth efforts, with the remaining 20-25% supporting short-term client marketing, content, campaign, and creative projects as business needs require.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demand Generation & Lead Generation
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Build and manage prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other research tools.
Create audience segments and nurture campaigns.
Develop landing pages and lead capture strategies.
Track campaign performance and marketing-attributed leads.
Partner with business development to support pipeline growth.
Business Development AI
Evaluate AI tools that support prospecting and lead qualification
Improve ZoomInfo workflows
Develop AI-assisted research processes
Identify opportunities to accelerate proposal development
Explore AI-supported sales enablement tools
Recommend new platforms and tools for consideration
Content Marketing, SEO & AEO
Manage website content strategy and content calendar.
Develop Knowledge Center articles, authority pages, comparison pages, and case studies.
Explore AI-powered audience targeting and segmentation
Implement AI-assisted content workflows
Optimize content for search engines and AI search platforms.
Identify content opportunities aligned with business priorities.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Email Marketing
Develop email marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
Write, design, build, test, and deploy email campaigns.
Segment audiences and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
Own Etherio's social media strategy and execution.
Develop content calendars and campaign plans.
Support executive thought leadership initiatives.
Manage organic and paid social campaigns.
Monitor engagement and audience growth.
Support CEO LinkedIn strategy and postings
Public Relations & Thought Leadership
Develop and distribute press releases.
Identify speaking opportunities and award submissions.
Coordinate media outreach and industry visibility initiatives.
Support executive visibility campaigns.
Paid Media
Develop and test strategy for ROI to determine if we should roll out on a broader basis.
Recommend, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
Provide recommendations to improve ROI and lead generation.
Business Development Support
Assist with proposal writing and business development presentations.
Support sales enablement initiatives.
Conduct market, prospect, and competitive research.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
Track KPIs and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Experience managing LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and content strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in-office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel at least 10%.
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.
