This position will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales tax returns for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, including reconciliation of collected sales tax and submission of payments through state portals.
