This position requires a degree in accounting or similar from an accredited institution, a minimum of of five (5) years of post-college experience in accounting and finance (preferably in the nonprofit realm), proven experience in a supervisory role, strong analytic abilities, time management, and the ability to work cooperatively with diverse staff, board members, volunteers, and funders.
