Director of HSS & Enterprise Compliance

The Vice President of Product, Commerce will own the product and revenue outcomes of the Commerce suite of products across Stord including, as of today, 8 different products that operate across the pre- and post-purchase consumer experience to drive increased add-to-cart and checkout conversion, AOV, margin per order, LTV, and subscriber retention. As part of this leadership role, they will be expected to ensure commercial success - spending time with customers; partnering with Sales, Marketing, CX, Implementations, Solutions, and other cross-functional teams; iterating on pricing and packaging; establishing clear market positioning; and removing barriers to maximum product adoption and growth.
