We are seeking a mission driven and dedicated Medical Assistant who will focus on the maintenance and logics of medications and vaccines at each of our clinics as well as work with patients in the communities of Orange County (Fullerton, Anaheim and Orange). Our health centers use a team-based model of care that includes family medicine, obstetrics, women's health, oral and vision care, preventative and educational health, mental health, patient advocacy, case management, and community health.

Required: In-depth knowledge of MLTSS administered services such as Community Based Adult Services (CBAS), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services, Intermediate Care Facility for Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD) services, CalAIM Community Supports, Palliative and Hospice Care. Demonstrates subject matter expertise in MLTSS program requirements and maintains working knowledge of federal and state regulations, including but not limited to Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) All Plan Letters (APL), Title 22, CalAIM, and provider contractual obligations.

Over-the-Shoulder Support Analyst (State Consulting)
