Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email + Provide customers with pricing, delivery, and product information + Prepare and follow up on product quotations + Support preliminary RFQ activity, including gathering qualifying information and tracking RFQs through the system prior to quote stage + Enter customer orders and delivery changes into JD Edwards + Verify order delivery dates and support resolution of delivery delays + Research, clarify, and resolve customer issues in coordination with Production Control, Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, and other internal teams + Support return authorizations and customer repair activity through the process until resolution + Maintain customer account information, including part number cross references, sales information, contract delivery details, lead times, and reorder timing + Support monthly sales forecast activities and contribute data for forecasting efforts + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support sales activity, customer visits, and internal tracking + Review open orders, purchase orders, and pricing history to support order management and issue identification + Communicate unresolved or elevated customer issues through appropriate channels + Support domestic and international order documentation, including trade compliance requirements as applicable + Partner with internal teams to communicate customer needs and support day-to-day account activity + Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products, applications, and customer use cases + Provide feedback to internal teams on customer issues, product performance, and recurring trends + Travel to support customer meetings, relationship management, and business needs + Comply with safety policies, procedures, and clean room protocols as required . Education & Experience: + Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required + Four years of related experience and/or training may be considered in place of a degree + Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related role in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred + JD Edwards preferred + Experience supporting domestic and international orders preferred .
