Responsibilities include coordinating protected and unprotected leave programs, supporting the interactive process and accommodations, maintaining compliance documentation and HR records, administering benefit-related processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring accurate HRIS data and personnel records. - Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, including maintaining HR records, organizational charts, phone directories, HRIS updates, onboarding and offboarding documentation, employment verifications, and internal communications.
