Key Responsibilities: Administers various benefit programs including, but not limited to: self-funded medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, COBRA disability, life insurance, AD&D, voluntary benefits, tuition benefits, retirement plans while maintaining an in-depth understating of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements. Assists in the Open Enrollment process including participating in client group meetings, answering employee questions, reviewing employee communications, and testing the online enrollment system.
