We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and support our growing team. We operate four locations across Queens and Nassau County and employ approximately 40 team members.
Oversee function of the data management system to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.e. hire, separation, leaves of absence, etc.), generating reports (i.e. payroll analysis, labor turnover, etc.) and processing unemployment claims. The ideal candidate will be focused on team member relations and engagement, including planning and executing events, have experience working with a unionized team, knowledge of Local 6 practices would be preferred, and schedule flexibility, when needed.
