Pay Range: $20.13/hr $23.13/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an IT&S Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise program and project management and a proven ability to align initiatives to corporate strategy, manage scope and budgets, and deliver measurable outcomes across service lines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and build consensus for goals and benefits aligned with Corporate Strategy.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and scope are planned, tracked, and maintained.
• Lead cross-functional engagement to align requirements and deliverables across teams.
• Develop project proposals with deliverables, requirements, risks, assumptions, stakeholders, roles, and budgets.
• Partner with leadership to build program management practices, governance, processes, and metrics.
• Review high-level deliverables, report status, and execute quality assurance per methodology.
• Escalate risks and drive reprioritization and redesign of plans as needed.
• Contribute to portfolio management and planning for assigned areas.
• Train staff on processes and documentation standards and manage resources and budgets.
• Operate with general guidance and make independent decisions on courses of action.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience with budget, schedule, and scope control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Proficiency with program and project management frameworks, risk management, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-3 years of program management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
