This role works closely with Outside Sales, branch teams, manufacturing, and supply chain to manage day-to-day sales activity, support contract and project pricing, and ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. Serves as a primary point of contact for existing customers, coordinating with Outside Sales, branch teams, and operations on order status, inventory availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
