A minimum of 2 years of experience throughout the full scope of horizontal project development and implementation is required, including technical expertise in building (engineering, landscape, and planning), value engineering, plan review, cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting, cash flow management, permitting, and process management. Review and update detailed project budgets, cash flow projections, and schedules for all projects, including planning and design, subdivision improvements, roadway infrastructure, park improvements, and amenities.
