Job Summary
The Back Shop Supervisor is responsible for tasks within the Aviation Back Shop section including inspection, test, repair, maintenance, and service of aircraft batteries and accessories using test equipment and hand tools as needed to return components to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.
- Minimum four (4) yearsā experience working with general aviation airframes supported by Western Aircraft.

This role is responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, driving execution of the health system's business intelligence strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions that support organizational goals. The Business Intelligence Supervisor provides frontline leadership and oversight for business intelligence functions within a designated Emphasis Area (Governance, Dev/Ops, or Business Analytics).
The facility has a full court basketball gym, a large cardio fitness center, multiple strength training systems and rooms, racquetball courts, a climbing wall, five fitness studios, three swimming pools, and multiple youth programming areas. This ideal candidate is responsible for overall supervision of the YMCA building and grounds during assigned shifts and to serve in other membership positions as assigned.
This is typically gained by one year of work experience that included all the essential elements of management (Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling) OR completion of two upper division college-level courses, or approximately 60 hours of management training, that included all the essential elements of management AND six months of work experience performing all the management elements. Typically gained by at least one year of experience working with one or more community groups of adults or providing liaison with customers and/or provider groups in a leadership role to share information, coordinate efforts and/or achieve shared goals.
