Advanced collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to turn client ideas into thoughtful, clear visual references, like sketches, drawings, models, and more Professional degree in Architecture or a related field Active architectural license in a U.S. state 5+ years of experience in architectural design and planning, ideally with client-facing and project leadership responsibilities Advanced working knowledge of Revit + a familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite Design-specific certifications like LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, CSI, etc.
