p>Professional degree in Architecture or a related field Advanced collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Active architectural license in a U.S. state (preferred) 4+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and construction document production, ideally with client-facing and project leadership responsibilities Advanced working knowledge of Revit + a familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam Design-specific certifications like LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, CSI, etc. Lead project design and construction document production teams through all phases, from early concept development to construction closeout Maintain and build long-term client knowledge and relationships Mentor and coach junior designers and interns building the overall capacity of the Government Studio Spearhead design research, production process improvement, and quality assurance maturity.
