The successful candidate will design and conduct independent and collaborative research in vascular biology, with an emphasis on epigenetic mechanisms underlying vascular wall remodeling and disease, lead and contribute to the preparation of peer-reviewed publications, participate in grant applications, and supervise and train graduate and undergraduate students, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements for laboratory research. Demonstrated expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including CRISPR-based epigenetic and genome editing, CUT&Tag, scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, ChIP, proximity ligation, and microscopy.
