Participate in and manage overall daily operations of vascular Transplant Coordinators, Family Care Coordinators, Organ Placement Coordinators, Surgical Coordinators, and/or Per Diem staff, as appropriate, ensuring that they have the tools, training, and support necessary to direct the internal and external resources available to bring about successful recovery of organs and tissue for transplantation once a potential donor has been identified. Mentor and work in close communication with senior staff monitoring progress, encouraging growth and providing a first line of consult for interviewing, hiring, evaluating, coaching, monitoring, mentoring, disciplining, and counseling staff.
