Act as QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement) owner; participate in QA activities, investigate incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. Provide training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to clinicians (including contract staff); assign patients/staff based on competence.
