Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, physicians, direct care staff, supervisors, managers, and senior leadership. As an Activity Assistant, you will help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents by assisting with daily activities, social programs, crafts, events, and outings.
