PRIMARY PURPOSE: Medical Assistants deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care by supporting physicians, nurses, and clinical teams across a broad range of direct care, technical, and administrative functions, including patient rooming, documentation, scheduling, and medical records, while remaining attentive to the psychosocial needs of patients and their families. Perform patient rooming, including but not limited to, obtaining and recording vital signs, height, weight, chief complaint, brief relevant history including pain status, allergies, current medication, current pharmacy, required screenings and any other pertinent information for specific age groups.
