RN Team Manager – Hospice Clinical Services

As our RN Team Manager, you’ll lead an interdisciplinary team, support exceptional patient care, and help your clinicians succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and other team members
- Coordinate weekly IDG meetings and patient care plans
- Monitor documentation, quality, compliance, and patient outcomes
- Coach staff through complex clinical situations and symptom management
- Help with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
- Partner with leadership to improve care and support our patients and families
What You Bring
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of hospice, palliative, or related clinical experience
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A genuine passion for compassionate end-of-life care
