What We're Looking For Minimum of one (1) year of investment or financial services experience required, preferably within a credit union or financial institution Working knowledge of financial institution products, services, and records Knowledge of brokerage and insurance products, including suitability and compliance considerations Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and continuously improve processes Understanding of banking, finance, money management, and cash flow concepts Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to build credibility and exercise sound judgment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, members, vendors, and the public Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong core banking system skills Proficient with internet and email applications Interpersonal Skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Experience motivating, influencing, or training others Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors Licenses and Certifications NASD Series 65/66 required or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe Life, Health, and Disability Insurance License required NASD Series 7 preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam preferred Physical Demands Ability to sit for extended periods; stand and walk as needed Frequent use of hands for typing and handling documents Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds (assistance required for heavier items) Join a credit union that is dedicated to its people and its purpose.
