Oversee organization-wide gift processing procedures and CRM relationship tracking utilization to ensure records are up-to-date and include all forms of organizational collaboration and interaction with donors, volunteers, and community partners so that it can be reliably used to guide informed stewardship communications and to prepare statistics and reports that accurately evaluate the effectiveness of cultivation, relationship-building, and solicitation strategies. The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for broadening and strengthening outside relationships by soliciting, cultivating, and nurturing all forms of financial support for HFHS, with a primary focus on stewarding major donors and initiating productive partnerships with corporations, small businesses, civic groups, government entities, and faith institutions.
