Position Overview
The Wireless Systems Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing customer relationships while selling wireless communication solutions to commercial accounts. This role requires a consultative sales approach, helping customers identify communication challenges and implementing solutions that improve safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through phone outreach, personal visits, networking, referrals, trade shows, industry events, and digital research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings virtually and in person to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Perform site surveys and facility visits to assess communication requirements.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and customized solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and internal teams to prepare pricing, terms, and customer agreements.
  • Communicate project schedules and estimated delivery timelines to customers.
  • Provide customer onboarding and training on purchased equipment and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, sales plans, funnel activity, and territory reports.
  • Plan and execute strategic sales calls with clear objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Enter and manage customer information within the company CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing contacts, and end users.
  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training programs.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
  • Clearly articulate the value and business impact of Day Wireless solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of radio communications systems and wireless technology.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Certificate from a college or technical school in sales, communications technology, business, or a related field; or
  • One to two years of related sales experience and/or training; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
  • Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, customer-focused manner.
  • Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, industrial sales, or communications systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Licenses, Certifications:

  • ValidDriver’s License
