We are seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Corporate to join our global Legal team, where innovation knows no borders. This team protects enterprise value, ensures rigorous regulatory compliance and enables strategic corporate initiatives that accelerate global business growth. It provides high-impact legal strategy and governance frameworks to keep our business moving forward safely and decisively. Reporting to our Chief Legal Officer, you will oversee Sabre's SEC compliance program, lead its corporate governance efforts, capital markets/financings, partner with executive leadership and the Board of Directors, and provide strategic legal support for our equity programs and corporate transactions. This is a highly visible leadership role ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy attorney with securities law and governance experience.
