POSITION SUMMARYThe Vice President of Growth & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide marketing and growth strategy for RadX and its affiliated outpatient diagnostic imaging centers.This executive leadership position will lead marketing efforts across RadX markets, with primary responsibility for increasing physician referrals, strengthening referral-source relationships, expanding market presence, supporting patient acquisition, building brand awareness, and developing measurable marketing strategies that contribute to imaging volume and revenue growth.The Vice President of Growth & Marketing will lead and develop RadX's marketing and business development team while partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Human Resources, and regional leadership. The position requires a highly analytical and field-oriented leader who can translate market opportunities into executable growth strategies and hold the marketing organization accountable for measurable results.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy aligned with RadX organizational and financial objectives.Establish short- and long-term marketing priorities for existing imaging centers, developing markets, and future RadX locations.Evaluate market conditions, referral patterns, competitive activity, payer dynamics, and service-line opportunities to identify areas for growth.Develop market-specific strategies based on the needs, competitive environment, modality mix, and growth potential of each RadX region.Partner with executive leadership to establish annual marketing objectives, growth initiatives, budgets, and performance expectations.Support the marketing strategy associated with new imaging centers, acquisitions, integrations, service expansions, and market launches.Physician Referral & Business DevelopmentDevelop strategies to increase physician, provider, attorney, employer, and other appropriate referral relationships.Establish a disciplined approach to referral-source development, including account segmentation, territory planning, relationship management, and follow-up.Identify opportunities to increase referrals from both existing and prospective accounts.Work closely with marketing representatives to develop strategic account plans for high-value and high-potential referral sources.Develop programs designed to strengthen relationships with referring physicians and their office staff.Identify declining, inactive, or underperforming referral accounts and implement recovery strategies.Ensure marketing representatives understand RadX services, modalities, scheduling capabilities, payer participation, patient access, and differentiators.Marketing Team LeadershipProvide leadership, direction, coaching, and accountability for RadX marketing and business development organization.Establish clearly defined territories, performance objectives, activity expectations, and measurable goals for marketing representatives.Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing marketing professionals.Conduct regular individual and team performance reviews.Develop standardized training and onboarding programs for new marketing representatives.Establish expectations regarding professionalism, market presence, customer responsiveness, documentation, and follow-through.Partner with Human Resources and operational leadership regarding staffing, performance management, compensation, and organizational development within the marketing department.Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and measurable performance.Analytics & Performance ManagementDevelop and maintain marketing dashboards and key performance indicators to measure individual, market, and organizational performance.Analyze referral data by physician, practice, modality, location, territory, and marketing representative.Track referral-source growth, retention, attrition, reactivation, and new account development.Measure the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing initiatives and expenditures.Establish meaningful activity and production metrics for the marketing organization.Use data to differentiate between marketing activity and measurable business results.Identify trends in imaging volume and determine appropriate marketing interventions.Provide executive leadership with regular reports regarding marketing performance, opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.Market GrowthDevelop specific growth plans for underperforming centers, modalities, and geographic markets.Collaborate with Operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with center capacity, staffing, scheduling availability, and patient access.Identify opportunities to expand MRI, CT, PET/CT, mammography, ultrasound, X-ray, and other diagnostic imaging services based on market needs and RadX capabilities.Partner with operational leadership to address service issues that may affect physician satisfaction, referral retention, or patient experience.Monitor competitors, new entrants, pricing trends, referral relationships, and changes in local healthcare markets.Support due diligence and market analysis related to potential acquisitions and new market opportunities.Brand & Marketing CommunicationsProvide strategic oversight of the RadX corporate brand and affiliated imaging-center brands.Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning across markets.Oversee digital marketing, social media, website strategy, physician communications, patient marketing, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.Ensure marketing materials accurately represent RadX services and organizational capabilities.Develop communications that effectively articulate RadX value proposition to physicians, patients, and other referral partners.Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting new locations, technologies, modalities, and service offerings.Budget & Financial ManagementDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget.Evaluate marketing expenditures based on measurable return on investment.Monitor expenses associated with marketing representatives, events, sponsorships, advertising, digital marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach.Establish financial discipline around marketing expenditures and ensure resources are allocated toward initiatives with measurable strategic value.Partner with Finance to evaluate the relationship between marketing investment, scan volume, revenue, and contribution margin.Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as a member of the senior leadership team and contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning and decision-making.Maintain close partnerships with Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, and clinical leadership.Work with Regional Managers and Clinic Managers to understand operational challenges and local market opportunities.Ensure marketing commitments made to referral sources are operationally feasible and appropriately communicated.Provide Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related discipline required.Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing, business development, sales, or growth leadership experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing, sales, or business development team.Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.Experience within diagnostic imaging, physician practice development, outpatient healthcare, healthcare services, or a referral-driven healthcare organization highly preferred.Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-state organization preferred.Demonstrated success developing teams and achieving measurable
