Unit Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual Part-Time Order Fulfillment & Operations Assistant to support our Unit Operations team.

This role will help with the daily hands-on work behind order fulfillment, returns, replacements, device preparation, inventory organization, and shipping. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with physical tasks, able to follow clear instructions, and interested in learning about operations, logistics, hardware fulfillment, and supply chain processes.

This position is well-suited for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate seeking flexible part-time work and hands-on experience at a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders and replacement devices.
• Track outgoing shipments and update internal systems as needed.
• Assist with daily UPS/FedEx drop-offs, pickups, and other local shipping tasks.
• Verify items match expected quantities, records, or batch information.
• Organize devices, accessories, boxes, labels, packing materials, and other supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock before it runs out.
• Help keep storage, shipping, and work areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems.
• Work closely with Unit Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and technical teams to support special requests, customer needs, or device-related issues.
• Support special projects, hardware recycling, program shipments, and other operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order shipping, logistics, and/or hardware - a plus.
• Advanced computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets and other online systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working independently after training and communicating clearly with the team.
