Description:
Looking for a registered nurse to work on a high-acuity floor.
The position involves caring for surgical patients, including those with trauma-related injuries.
The patient population includes individuals with gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, and paraplegia.
The nursing support ratio is 5:1.
Phlebotomy support is available, as well as a unit secretary during night shifts.
An ED nurse and the admitting unit will conduct a nurse handoff.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts without block scheduling.
Strong experience in the specialty is required.
