Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with 6 weekend days per contract. Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks available based on traveler preference. Floating required to sister campuses for postpartum care and labor and delivery second-hour recovery.

Highlights:

• High-volume, high-acuity postpartum unit caring for diverse patient population including high-risk obstetric patients
• Standard patient ratio of 4 couplets with potential for surge management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and interpretation services
• 57-bed unit with daily census of approximately 45 patients
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and qualifications
• Flexible assignment length and schedule options to meet your needs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent postpartum nursing experience required
• High-risk obstetric care experience required, including high-acuity postpartum patients
• Epic EMR experience required (hardstop requirement)
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, Foley catheterization, and postpartum hemorrhage management
• Experience caring for patients with substance withdrawal required
• Ability to manage 4 couplets and handle census surges
• JADA experience preferred
• Willingness to float to sister campuses as needed
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
