Contract | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months
- No open background or license hits; all background findings are subject to facility review
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- 18 months of MS/Tele experience within a single facility location
