Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Montour Falls, New York.

Position- RN SNF
Location- Montour Falls, NY

Contract Duration- 13 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Shift- Evenings 8 hrs (40 hrs/week)

Gross Pay- $2700/week  

Requirements-

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as RN SNF
  • NY State License
  • BLS
Responsibilities-  
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and direct nursing assistants and support staff
  • Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Med Ninjas Job ID #15505. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
