    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Applicable

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting across units including cardiac, spine, and neuro
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
    • Float to other units as needed based on operational requirements
    • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality inpatient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
    • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (Adult and Pediatric); passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required; travelers have up to three attempts under defined criteria
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working across multiple Med/Surg unit types, including cardiac, spine, and neuro
    • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
    • Comfort with floating and adapting to varied inpatient care environments
