Your role includes providing high-quality, evidence-based care. You will utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate and assess patients. Recognizing and escalating complications is essential. Administer appropriate nursing interventions while demonstrating a commitment to patient and family-centered care. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams of nurses, nursing assistants, advanced practice providers, and medical teams. Effective interpersonal communication skills and task delegation will be important in this role. Experience in different Med/Surg units like cardiac, spine, and neuro is required. You will be expected to float to neuro and oncology as needed. Basic Arrhythmia knowledge is also necessary. A telemetry exam must be passed prior to starting the position.
