Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Telemetry Unit – Wisconsin

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day shift: 0700-1930 / Night shift: 1900-0730), every other weekend rotation, and holidays as needed

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
- Minimum of two years acute care experience within the last three years in relevant specialty
- Epic charting system experience required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start with strict criteria: 100% identification of lethal rhythms, no errors on 3rd-degree heart blocks, and 80% or higher overall score
- Travel nursing experience required
- Core telemetry skills including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management, IV insulin protocols, titration of insulin drips, and use of rapid response/code teams
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
