Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS required (AHA only) Must-Have: - Epic experience required - Traveler will be required to pass a telemetry test prior to starting Description: Evening/Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The traveler must demonstrate proficiency in various skills, including: - Accessing and managing ports - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood product administration - Care for colostomy/ileostomy - Pre/Post hemodialysis management - Telemetry monitoring - Wound care and wound vac management Travelers may be required to float as necessary.

Travelers must pass a telemetry exam with strict passing criteria. Candidates will have two attempts to pass the required exam. Failure to pass will require proof of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course for a third attempt. If not passed after three attempts, the assignment may be canceled.
