We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Acute Travel RN to join our Med/Surg team at a charming 25-bed critical access hospital in Carthage, TN. **Position Details:**
- **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Rotating weekends
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:5
- **EHR:** Meditech
**Unit Overview:**
- **Number of Beds:** 18
- **Patient Population:** Adult and geriatric patients with occasional pediatric patients
- **Common Diagnoses:** COPD, Pneumonia, Hip Fractures, Altered Mental Status, Falls, Urinary Tract Infections, Abdominal Pain
**Requirements:**
- **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS (required prior to start)
- **Experience:** 1+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- **Skills:** Proficiency in IV therapy, Foley catheter management, pain management, and EMAR
- **Education:** ADN or BSN
