**Job Description:**
- Shift: 7P-7A
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Location: Riverview MC, 158 Hospital Drive, Carthage, TN 37030
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Experience the charm of Carthage, located on the scenic Cumberland River, just an hour's drive from Nashville!
**Position Details:**
- Unit: Med/Surg
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- Number of Beds: 18
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases
- Supervisor: Mallory Cooper, Director MedSurg/Women’s Services
- Electronic Health Record: Meditech
**Requirements:**
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1+
- Must Have Skills: IV, foley, pain management, EMAR
- Preferred Skills: Quality patient care, experience with Meditech
- Common Diagnoses: COPD, Pneumonia, Hip Fractures, Altered Mental Status, Falls, UTIs, Abdominal Pain
- Personality Fit: Friendly, compassionate, and a team player
- Required Education: ADN or BSN
**Additional Notes:**
- Rotating weekends required
- No call requirements
- Dress Code: Scrub color flexible; casual wear not accepted
