Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – Wisconsin
Start Date: October 12, 2026 (additional start dates available: October 26, November 9)
Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (1900-0730), weekend rotation and holidays as needed. 13-17 week assignments available. 2 weekend shifts per 6-week block.

- 20 hours of orientation with emphasis on professional development and continuing education
- Care for adult and geriatric populations requiring advanced clinical skills including telemetry monitoring, wound VACs, ostomy care, and patient education
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact state RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience in acute care setting within the last 3 years
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Must pass facility telemetry examination prior to start date with strict passing criteria (80% overall score, 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms)
- Community hospital, LTAC, or Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
- Proficiency in IV management, central line care, arterial line management, blood product administration, telemetry interpretation, and wound care
- Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
