Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care within various Medical/Surgical units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro specialties. This role requires a commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Schedule

  • Shifts: 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
  • Required to work every other weekend and holidays as applicable to operations
  • 4x12s accepted

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in multiple Med/Surg units
  • Utilize Epic software for patient management and electronic health records
  • Perform telemetry monitoring and ensure patient stability
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • WI RN or compact license required
  • BLS certification from AHA required
  • Prior experience in various Med/Surg environments (cardiac, spine, neuro) is essential
  • Must pass a telemetry test prior to starting
