Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts, 1900–0730). Target start date: October 12, 2026.
- Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need.
- Distance & Local Rules: Strict 50-mile radius rule (local candidates not accepted). References must be removed from submittal packets. Free parking onsite.

- Floating & EMR: Mandatory floating as needed. Epic experience is required.
- Telemetry Competency Exam: Must pass a strict telemetry exam prior to start (maximum 2 initial attempts; criteria include 100% identification of lethal rhythms like V-fib, V-tach, and asystole, zero incorrect answers on 3rd-degree heart blocks, and an overall 80% passing score). Failing after 3 attempts results in assignment cancellation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty.
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.
- Certifications: AHA BLS strictly required.
