TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43205!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week; every other weekend and every other holiday required; no call

Highlights:
  • 27-bed unit specializing in Nephrology, Urology (surgical and non-surgical), Benign Hematology, and Medical-Surgical patients
  • Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on night shift
  • Epic EMR system utilized for all charting and documentation
  • 48 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
  • Free parking included for all staff
  • Float capability required to support different units within the organization as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and intermediate care skills
  • Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, peripheral line care, chemotherapy monitoring, and non-invasive airway management
  • Previous travel experience strongly preferred
  • Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
  • Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)
  • Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
  • Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting requirements immediately upon contract signing
