Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36-hour orientation period; every-other-weekend rotation required; floating to other units as needed; PCU ratio 1:3, Med-Surg ratio 1:4

Requirements:
- Valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of application
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- PCU or stepdown experience preferred
- Epic charting system experience required
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- 2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership; charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference)
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- Skills required: Accessing/managing ports, arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care/management, chest tubes, feeding tube care, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, cardiac drip management, oxygen administration, PCA, PICC line management, IV starts and maintenance, tracheostomy care, wound care/wound vac, and use of rapid response/code teams
