Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nursing position located in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized care on a 41-bed Medical Telemetry Unit, with a focus on cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal patient populations. This position is scheduled for night shifts, with the ability to float to applicable units when needed, and requires a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Certified Basic Life Support (BLS), minimum of 2 years working in a single location, and 2 years as a traveler
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac telemetry, cardiac drips, interpretation of telemetry strips, TR Bands, high-flow oxygen therapy
  • Float: Travelers are required to float to applicable units when needed
  • Additional Information: The unit is a 41-bed medical telemetry unit utilizing EPIC electronic medical records. Clinicians will manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:4/5 during days and 1:5/6 during evenings and nights.
