12 hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p -7a, every other weekend and every other holiday. Only one holiday requested time off will be accepted.
Floating are medsurg or tele. MS RN with 2+ years of experience required. Ratios: 5:1 7a-11p, 6:1 11p-7a. Tele is 4:1 7a-11p and 5:1 11p-7a for ratios.
It is self-scheduling; however, I balance the schedule, and I typically plug travelers into the holes. If they have special requests, I am happy to try and accommodate.
